Would highly recommend renting a vehicle from Yadah! They offered so much more than just a car rental. We were given a complimentary map with loads of wonderful suggestions on what to do and where to go during our stay. They were equally concerned with our safety as well as our overall satisfaction with the trip. Don't think I've ever been asked "did you enjoy it and did everyone treat you well?" when turning in a rental car. Will certainly be returning to the magical island of Dominica and renting from this company.

The car that I rented, a Subaru XV was in good condition, clean, and was fantastic to use. I was even given a discount. The booking process was simple and straightforward, and the customer service was top-notch. Ms. Anthony responded my request super quickly .She was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The car I rented was in excellent condition, clean, and exactly what I expected. I appreciated the clear communication about pickup and drop-off locations, as well as the return policy. I am very impressed with this company. Both Ms. Anthony and Ms. Hill were friendly and helpful. When I wrote them to book the rental car, I was a little nervous because I was last minute, but they accommodated me. Ms. Hill was right outside of the ferry terminal for the moment I arrived. She thoroughly explained things to me and we checked the car together. Then, I was on my way. She made me feel confident about driving in Dominica as I do not drive often and I live in Mexico where we drive on the right. When I dropped the car off, Ms. Anthony and Ms. Hill promptly arrived so that I could check in at the ferry with enough time. We looked over the car and I was on my way. The cost was great for the few days I was in Dominica. The car was a nice size Toyota. It was reliable and I had no problems. The air conditioning worked great, and thankfully the suspension and brakes too as I have never driven in anywhere like Dominica before. I was confident with this car. Thank you for a great first and last impression of Dominica. I hope I will be able to return to see the cable car, and when I do, I'll be sure to rent from you all.
