We rented a small SUV from Yadah for our vacation in Dominica from Tues through Friday and our experience was absolutely perfect! The agent was there waiting for us at the airport and gave us a free upgrade. The return process was flawless. She was there as soon as we arrived for our early morning flight and explained everything quickly and efficiently. The security deposit charged to my credit card was returned after only 2 days (I was told it could be up to 14 days) and all charges were EXACTLY as laid out before we arrived. I wish every car rental company operated as perfectly as Yadah does! Will absolutely be using them on our next trip!! THANK YOU for a PERFECT experience ❤️

She pays a lot of attention to detail and will work with you if/when your flight is delayed (She stayed late because my flight was late). I recommend them 100%

I recently took a week-long trip to Dominica in August and initially booked with another company which fell through due flight cancellation. Yadah was recommended by a friend, and I am grateful he did. The associate stayed on site past regular hours as my flight was late, the process was proficient and pleasant. I didn't feel like I was being swindled with a disguised defective vehicle and my deposit was returned before I even made it to the check in line upon return of the vehicle. I will most definitely be making use of their services again in the future.

We rented a car from Yadah for 2 weeks for our stay in Dominica. Miss Anthony was very pleasant and super helpful. She even drove back to the airport terminal to deliver an item we left in the car after we dropped it off! We will certainly be renting from Yadah again when we return!
