I had an amazing experience with Yadah car rental during our one week travel in Dominica from 1/29 to 2/52025. The booking process was simple and straightforward, and the customer service was top-notch. Ms. Anthony responded my request super quickly .She was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The car I rented was in excellent condition, clean, and exactly what I expected. I appreciated the clear communication about pickup and drop-off locations, as well as the return policy. Overall, I had an stress-free and enjoyable experience, and I will definitely be using Yadah car rental again in the future!

I’m very impressed by the service I got from Yadah car rental. The rep was thorough, informative and very detailed during the paper work, pickup and drop off process. What I’m more impressed about is the condition of the vehicle I rented. Additionally, every good looking rental that I could identify on Dominican roads during carnival season 2025 were owned by Yadah. Top notch and great condition and newer vehicles. The last thing that you would want to worry about during your vacation is a vehicle breaking down on one of those beautiful mountains!! CANNOT BE COMPARED TO OTHER RENTALS ON THE ISLAND. 5 stars for service, condition of the vehicle, delivery and pickup and the opportunity to receive a temporary drivers permit at the agency. Cannot say enough good things about Yadah Car Rental. Ms Anthony was incredibly responsive during the booking process when I was having difficulty finding a car for our trip. Car was great, but for the first time in my life I had a small accident during the rental. The process for figuring it out was seamless on returning the car. I would 100% trust Yadah Car Rental with your rental needs in Dominica - and they’re conveniently at the airport! Now driving in Dominica is unique but don’t be scared. Just take your time and learn to honk!

Im writing a great review even though I didn’t have a great experience;) I hired a car at Dominica airport with Yadah cars for 6 days but unfortunately my car was hit while parked up on day 3. Not a great experience but the ladies at Yadah were really helpful providing all the information I needed to submit a claim to my insurance company. Ms Hill waited over 3 hours on my behalf so I could meet with the body repair guy to get a quote. Ms Anthony especially always kept me updated via Whatsapp and always replied quickly to any request. I also really appreciated the informal tourist information, a great welcome to the beautiful island of Dominica! You definitely need a car to really see and experience Dominica..and for that you need Yadah:)

Our experience at Yadah was great! It is located at the airport and was a short walk or they'll come pick you up. They were very responsive through email and easy to work with. They were very thorough on the walk through and answered any of our questions about the island. Our car worked perfect for our trip and I would definitely use Yadah again!
